How & who can still buy, ship for repair across State Lines?

Friend needs repair, he need sent to repair facility, cross USA.

I've sent to California before without issue and had sent back to me.

First, you need to check to see if knife manufacturer will ship repair back to state you live in and directly to you. Second, ship the knife via FedEx or UPS and not USPS.
