What Spyderco best represents who you are? What Spyderco do you want in your casket?

Easily the C36 Military Model.

I'd never thought about it before, but it took me well under a second to decide. Ah...but which one? :thinking

They're just pocket knives. I don't want one in my coffin.

I would never intentionally melt one of my Spyderco knives.

Earlier this year I buried my father in law with my first Paramilitary 2. I think I would like to take one of those with me as well.

I can see having a knife buried with me but at the moment I've decided NOT to be buried. Why do that? Then in 200yrs somebody moves your grave for a condo building, or in 500yrs they dig you up and stare at your skull?

:smiling-cheeks

If I die before WW III, I want my ashes to be buried at sea between Japan and China where the final battle will be waged.

I want all of my belongings to go to my nephew and niece. I waffle between that and giving the knives to the USMC, but the two kids seem to be growing up just fine so I think that they get them. They need knives like any wise person invested in life.

I would never want to waste a good knife by burying it with me. I'm not going for burial, anyway; when my time comes, my ashes are going to be scattered in the Pacific.

Excellent!

But please, let's meet up spiritually in the Sea of Japan. If that war between 20 different countries does not end the planet, it will be close, and I think many souls will be there to see it first hand.

You never know when you might need a sacred blade, blessed by the pope, for killing demons.

I don't want or need anything in my coffin. It won't do me any good and when the Resurrection happens, I won't need it then, either. I'll try to give them all away.

Would give them all away before then.

I would get the Mrs to wheel me down a pier with a bag of Spyderco’s and give one to every kid fishing.

I think my pm2 maxamet, shaman zwear (nice choice Manifestgtr) and zdp man bug as a neck knife would go with me to the other side. They should handle any "new dimension" adventures.

I'm surprised no Salts have been mentioned. I would think it is pretty corrosive down there for most. Maybe my family could toss a salt model in whatever mountain river or waterfall they toss me into. Probably should dull the edge and grind down the tip so no one ever steps on it.
