Yup, found the right corbys for the job, the problem is making the stepped hole now ! I haven't found any countersink that has the good dimensions. Maybe drilling the pilot hole and then puting on a 6mm end mill bit and going at it that way. I'm just not that sure that nothing will move

It may help to go the opposite way 6mm and then drill the pilot holes

I've tried to do that before, and always had problems with the holes being misplaced. Maybe it won't be such a problem with my new drill press ! The old one I did all my work on had a big problem, in french we call that a "faux rond", it wiggled during drilling, making it almost impossible to be precise enough.
