Yup, found the right corbys for the job, the problem is making the stepped hole now ! I haven't found any countersink that has the good dimensions. Maybe drilling the pilot hole and then puting on a 6mm end mill bit and going at it that way. I'm just not that sure that nothing will move :thinking

It may help to go the opposite way 6mm and then drill the pilot holes :nerd

I've tried to do that before, and always had problems with the holes being misplaced. Maybe it won't be such a problem with my new drill press ! The old one I did all my work on had a big problem, in french we call that a "faux rond", it wiggled during drilling, making it almost impossible to be precise enough.
