I clicked on this thread again and again and couldn't find a way to post pictures myself. That's over now, because here is, on the one hand, my very fresh chili harvest and, on the other hand, dried chilies from a few weeks ago - Happy Harvest Time:

Thanks SCD, it will probably last until the next harvest :grin-smiling-eyes
However, I have been a member of the forums for many years and have already posted hundreds of pictures, so that wasn't the challenge, but rather my time management.

Image A dentist friend of ours grows gigantic head Sunflowers . He protects them with 8 foot of chicken wire from deer . He always gives some of his harvest for the Squirrels. I definitely want to find the cultivar and grow these monsters myself . Dan

First frost earlier this week, killed all the pumpkin leaves off though some of the vines appeared to be hanging on. Ended up with roughly 15 properly ripened and another half dozen that still have some green on them.

Roasted then blended three for pumpkin puree today; chunked, skinned and froze another two; gutted two for jack-o'-lanterns (still need carving); and have a couple more promised to friends.
