What are your favorite large spyderco folders?
I would like to learn more about the large folders Spyderco offers. How do they feel and handle, how do they carry, etc.
Which two large folders do you prefer (roughly 3.5" - 4.25" blade)?
Please vote, and if you have a few moments rank them and explain.

Tatanka and K2! Mwahahaha!

Of that list I chose the Shaman, but I really don’t feel the like the Shaman is that big anymore.
I will probably gravitate to the M2 when the CF/S90V version comes out.

Pacific Salt and Resilience.

Neither the Shaman or the PM2 are large knives to me. The Shaman is a little heavy duty, with a good size handle, but the blade is not overly long. The PM2 is straight up mid-sized.
Out of that list, the ones that I consider largish, I’d have to say the Millie is my favorite. It’s a great all around knife.

The largest Spydie folder I use regularly is the Native Chief. Perfect ergos, and a big, slicey blade that is my favorite cardboard destruction device.
Next down in size is the Tropen, which is just fun and a versatile blade. It's a little over the top, but I love it.
The Stretch 2 XL in Cruwear is an amazing knife that gets a lot of pocket time as an EDC around the house. Very easy in the pocket for such a large knife.
The Manix 2 XL is a beast, and for my hands it has much better ergos than the regular Manix 2. The one I use the most is the KC Cruwear version (Cruwear is my fav steel).
The Opus (discontinued) is a great slicer, and has great ergos. I recently snagged one and it has been getting a lot of use.
The Vallotton Sub-Hilt is a heavy knife with a hollow grind that is a joy to go slicing with. I like heavy knives (decades carrying a 110) so I see the weight as an advantage when using, though it makes its presence known in the pocket.
The Caribbean, Bradley 2, Ayoob Sprint, Siren, and Kapara are all great knives, but don't fill an EDC role much for me. The Ayoob and the Kapara get the most use of these blades.
Finally, the smallest Big Knife I use regularly is the Shaman, currently the BBB 15V. I always carry a slicer and a beast, and the Shaman is usually the choice for the beast.
If I take the fun factor out, I'd say the two I wouldn't want to go without are the Shaman and the Manix 2 XL in Cruwear. If I couldn't find a KC Manix 2 in Cruwear I'd sub in the production model Stretch 2 XL in Cruwear.

Echoing the sentiment of some other folks; the Shaman isn't a large folder. But it's all relative though.

Ayoob #1. KC Exclusive Manix 2 XL #2.

The Stretch 2 XL because I think it's the best folder Spyderco makes, and it fits my hand better than any of the alternatives. The Military for sentimental reasons, plus it's awesome in its own right.
If I could only have one, though, it would be the Pacific Salt because it's as useful as my favorites, and it's rust-proof. The instant I own a Stretch 2 XL Salt, it will be my "if I could only have one."

Right now all of my knife money goes into collecting Spyderco Native Chief models as they come out.

I also love the Schemmp Bowie and the Pattada. Unfortunately, I'm not a big game hunter or an Italian assassin.

Only two options? I voted for Military and Native Chief.
I also love the Pacific Salt, but that would be more than two choices.
TBH, I don't consider the PM2 to be a large folder. It's more upper-medium-sized to me. That's why I chose not to select that option. Otherwise, it would have been my favorite knife out of all the listed options.

I like them all that are listed but do not consider the Shaman or the PM2 in a large category. I’m also fond of the Chinook 2 and last but not least the Manix XL . Like already said a Stretch XL Salt could easily be my favorite and become my EDC . MG2

Native Chief and the Amalgam. The later is criminally overlooked.

I voted for the Military and Endura as I tend to carry those 2 the most. I think if I could only have one, the Native Chief would probably be at least on paper my favorite due to the carry profile and relatively light weight and comfortable handle. Though I carry the Military more. And if I'm carrying the Military most often, when I want to go light I would rather have the Endura. Carries the best out of all of them and has a great thin working blade.
The Military has my favorite Lock to use. Maybe the more versatile blade shape with a great negative angle.
The Endura cuts and carries the best.
The Native Chief is the most comfortable to me in hand.
Heck I don't know. Get them in hand if you can.
The Shaman and PM2 are great too, but more medium size. Get those in hand too.

The calypso should have been an option.
