Hi, must say i love this forum so much knowledge

I know one is pink/black 😁 but beside that just a delica 4 vs the others. But the pink is wicked!

I am not gonna have it in my pocket everyday it’s not legalised here.

Usage it’s not cutting cardboard and so on more outdoor camping wildlife not so much food prep att all. Fishing and normal EDC(weekends) vacations.

Delica fits my hand good. Like it
Manix also ok but a little high
pm2 also very nice
So it’s difficult :/
i have size 10-11 in gloves

i´ve tried dragonfly 2 before and also like it :), did not like Native 5

so i have been fall in Love with these knives that i found weird in the beginning

The manix 2 S110v. was at really good price 175€ normal 220-230€ here

Delica 190€ S30v

PM2 220€. S45V also checked in the crucarta for 260

sorry for my not perfect English

Hello, and welcome to the forum!

I think any or all of those 3 are all good choices.

Welcome…my recommendation is the Dragonfly Salt plain edge and a Salt 2 wharncliffe serrated edge if that’s in your budget…you would have two really great knives that are perfect for outdoor activities…of course the Dragonfly serrated version is hard to beat too…not too far in the near future there will be a Manix 2 lw Salt and a PM2 Salt…really can’t go wrong with any Spyderco Salt, worry free, non rusting 👍

Manix 2 is probably my favorite Spyderco so far. The Dragonfly is a great small knife, in SE it would cut way above its size.
Endura AUS-8, Manix 2 S30V, Alcyone BD1N, PM2 Micarta Cruwear, Native 5 Maxamet (2nd), Para 3 Maxamet (2nd), Magnacut Mule, Z-Wear Mule, BBB 15V Manix 2, REC PM3 10V Satin, Dragonfly Salt 2, GB2 M4.

Hello. You have 3 of the best spyderco options there. For what it's worth I prefer the Delica. It's very easy to carry and cuts well and also fits my hand well. I don't love the finger choil on the Manix and and PM2.

Welcome to the forum! If you stick around here you'll probably end up with all mentioned plus a few. 😁

Can't go wrong with any of your choices. Good luck and again welcome!

The Delica clearly wins if you're only keeping 1 knife. You clearly enjoy it.

Between the Manix 2 and PM2, I would choose the PM2. The main reason being that S110V steel can be more difficult to maintain compared to something like S45VN.

You want a knife that you can sharpen when needed. If you're new to the knife scene then I'd suggest S45VN or Cru-W over S110V any day. VG10 would be even more preferable for some with less experience sharpening.

However, if you have experience sharpening and maintaining knives, that might change my point of view.

If you love the Delica, go for it. Great knife, great choice.

When you’re ready to buy another, try a different model. The new Leafjumper is a really cool option to check out.
I'm happiest with Micarta and Tool Steel.

Top four in rotation: K390 + GCM PM2, ZCarta Shaman, Crucarta PM2, K390 + GCM Straight Spine Stretch.

I have not been fishing in ages, but I agree 100%, a pink or fluorescent green knife is what you need for fishing. If it falls in, God forbid, and the water is clear you might retrieve it if it's not more than 5ft deep on shore.

Hello Everyone
And thanks, iam new to the scene but just love this knifes.

Forget to mention I also have Salt 2 lc200n in green at home. So that one or the delica then. S30v is only available in pink here with black or satin. I don’t really know about what I think about black blades. But the look awesome

I’ve also read about s110v that it’s amazing and “stainless” but hard when the day come to sharpen. And Iam not skilled.. but own a DC4 fällkniven Stone

I Will buy more models for sure

Pm2 i like more and more Crucarta is the dream 250€ here

About 300€ is budget
Salt 2 is 160
Delica pink 180
Pm2 210€
M2 ca 165€ normal price is 45-50€ more

Hi
Thanks for all tips m, tried to reply but don’t know what’s happen.

Anyway. Today I found a PM 2 s45v black black in 10/10 condition. Prefer satin over dlc but the price was about 140$ so i grabbed it.

So now I have a Salt 2 lc200n, pink delica black blade, since I now own a black blade I won’t keep the pink/black, if I choose delica there is pink/satin or vg10, guess I take v10 for it’s price

The manix is a hard one. Really like it but the difficult steel. Iam for sure that I can’t shape it up.

A Salt model is absolute interesting
