Tips & Tricks to Improve Your Mule Team Shopping Experience!

If you have an account on Spyderco.com - Log into it ahead of time and ensure that your billing, shipping addresses, and contact information are correct and current.

If you do not have an account on Spyderco.com - Register NOW and ensure your information is correct and current.

If your Spyderco.com billing address does not match the billing address associated with your card, your purchase may be declined – that is something outside of our control. Even a simple typo of one character can cause a declined transaction.

On the day of the release, log into your account a few minutes earlier than the release time (09:00 am MDT).

Have your payment information ready to enter. We do not store credit card information on our site, but if you are comfortable storing it in your browser, I highly recommend doing so ahead of time. You might also take a minute to call your card company (the day before the release) and let them know you will be making a purchase on Spyderco.com. This can prevent any confusion about potential fraud during the transaction.

If there are other items you want to purchase at the same time, add those to your cart a few minutes before the release. This will allow you to go straight to checkout once you have added the Mule to your cart.

Do you use a VPN? You might want to disable it during the release. VPNs definitely have their place and can be a valuable tool. Unfortunately, a shocking number of VPN IPs are associated with spammers and fraudsters. Those IPs can be blocked from our site if we have encountered fraud or issues in the past. If you’d like to check the status of your IP before the release, check https://www.ipqualityscore.com/free-ip- ... y-vpn-test.

And finally, if possible, ensure you are connected with a stable internet connection with the fastest connection speed possible. We know this is not a possibility for everyone, but the truth is, the faster and more stable your connection, the easier it is to shop during popular releases.

We have done everything that we can do on our end to improve stability and speed, but there are a lot of variables outside of our control. My hope is that these tips will help improve your experience.

At long last, I’m excited.

Enjoy fellers! It was T15 or 15v for me, not both. That’s 1-5 more available to someone new.

Oh boy, I've been too busy to even test the last few Mules, but I'll gladly add to the backlog .

Can't wait to get one in hand.

I've been testing ASP60 a lot lately and I'm really excited to see how the two compare.

All hail T15, looking forward to trying a couple. I need to get or make some handle scales for all the mules so I don't have to swap them or do something cheesy to them like wrap with something or just using it without scales.

Alarms set, VPN will be disabled (I need to almost all day at work but a few minutes or the cell phone will work)

Comparison with Z-Max if anyone missed out on that mule. The Z-Max is one of my favorites this should be right there along with the rex76. Imo.

Follows quickly upon on the heels of 15V, just a month previous. Interesting!

You never really know fore sure how a mule will perform until you get it in hand. Rex 76 on the charts wasn’t stellar for it’s toughness edge retention balance, but most people who have used one seem to see it as a spectacular performer.

I got my 15v last Friday a few weeks after you. so I'm betting you.
But there is 6 deserts between me and Sydney where it comes into Australia

My Rex76 has been a great performer. Holds its edge super long while using it for whittling hardwoods for Mule handles. Bites into the wood even after hours. Other mules (e.g. M398) stop biting into the wood as consistently after maybe 45 minutes. Need to test the 15v to see how it compares, then also this T15 once it drops!

I have to admit that recently the USA-France shipping route goes almost twice as fast as last year .

I was a bit surprised to see a limit of 5 per customer. But IMHO it id better than limiting it to 2 and lifting that limit the next day. At least everything is set and people can totally get as many as they want.

Except for the one guy (I know he exists) that wants 15 T15 Mules

Starting with 2 and going up is okay - 2 still gets you free shipping. I have a Mule backlog, so it's looking like just one this time.
