I just wanted to make a quick post (my first on this forum) about my great experience with Spyderco's warranty department. I recently bought a Siren that turned out to be manufactured before a CQI update fixed some lockback issues. The dealer had been sitting on old stock and didn't have a newer one to replace it with.
I sent the knife to Spyderco two weeks ago and just got a new CQI Siren in the mail. Very pleased with Spyderco and glad to have that knife in my rotation.
