A gift from Eric and the Spyderco team!

#1

Post by Candyman »

I got my new mule and shot glasses yesterday! There was a second package though……

I assumed they had to break it up because of how many shot glasses I bought but when I opened the larger box all contents were exactly what I ordered. Hmmmm….

I then opened the smaller box and my jaw dropped! The new Military 2!!! I immediately reached out to Kristi to make sure it wasn’t a mistake. Nope, it was sent to me as a gift!

I cannot say thank you enough to Eric, Sal and the Spyderco team for gifting me this knife! It absolutely made my week!

Spyderco always does an amazing job. Even a handful of free stickers with a order or a catalog in the mail is pretty awsome and above what a lot of other companies do.

That’s amazing! Congrats to you, and props to Spyderco! How is it in hand? Looks more slim, trim, and angular than than the Military 1 or the PM2. Intriguing.

Wow! Spyderco as a company never ceases to amaze me, they’re something special.

Please post your thoughts/review of the knife. I know just looking at it that it will be an instant buy for me when Blades Canada has them in stock.

Is it kindness week there in the USA ? :open-grin

Like Dan I hope you'll give us a little update after some carry ! Even if we all already know it will just be excellent, a bit like if a Military had a compression lock :winking-tongue
:respect In the collection :respect : Lots of different steels, in lots of different (and same) Spydercos.

Robin. Finally made an IG : ramo_knives

That's awesome! That was nice of them to do that. I've been looking forward to this knife, but the exchange rate is really bad on my end. One day, though.

Kinda looks like a lot less beveling around the edges of the G10? Definitely less than the Military in my pocket.

Nice gift for a great ambassador.

And, oh, am I relieved the blade-shape is like the original. All will be well in the world.

Wow, that's so amazing of them! It would definitely make my day!
