Compression lock

Suggestions for another compression lock.
I'm near to using only compression locks. I have difficulty operating most other locks now.
So I have several Para 3's, a Sage 5, Watu. These I use regularly. My Ikuche, I just can't get comfortable with.
Ideas? (I prefer the 3", but .......)

I'm not a big compression lock fan, but I like the PM2 and Caribbean.

Edited to say: Or wait for the Military 2.

It is a bit smaller than you asked for but how about the Lil’ Native? I don’t like the compression lock but I do like the Lil’ Native a LOT. Maybe give it a try.

Thank you.
The Lil Native is a possibility, but a thick blade (for the length). Now, a compression lock Native would be great, but I don't think Spyderco will do it.

2nd vote for the Jojimbo 2. It is a pretty amazing user. Really a pleasure to use and it fits my hand like a glove.

I like the Para 3 lightweight, also. It's almost too light.

I can't even think of any other compression lock models that I love. Oh wait, Sage is pretty epic with the laminate carbon fiber.

The Compression Lock is a lot easier to use if you have arthritis in your hands, especially at the base of the thumb, or an injury. It isn't my favorite lock, but I like it far better than the liner lock (of any kind) and the frame lock (of any kind). It is, however, easy to use with either hand just as it is (though the tab needs to be a slight bit larger and they fixed this on the Millie 2 it seems). The only reason it isn't my top choice is that it is a detent lock. Detents are so easy to overcome by inertia alone that they are not safe in a pocket. However, Spyderco is working on a solution to that, Sal said.

If you want them on the smaller side and are adventurous enough to seek out discontinued models, I'd look for a Dialex Junior or Ouroboros. The Sliverax is also a favorite and is still in production and packs a lot of edge length into a very small folded size.

Kapara
I’ll second that it’s like a perfected pm2. No wasted blade, lighter, rounded scales. My new favorite Spyderco.

I thought this (about the thickness) then I got a lil Native wharncliffe. The blade thickness hasn't been any sort of issue at all. It's a superb little thing.

I agree that the Lil’ Native is a stout little knife. With that said I do love mine.

Probably not when they have a Sage 5 (and you already have that model). I have both and enjoy using them. They are very similar in all ways except lock.

The Lil' Native is superb. I've never had an issue with the blade thickness either. There are a few nice exclusives out right now too: KC's smooth G10/DLC CruWear, and KnifeJoy's Pink G10/S45vn and lime G10/20CV, all between $112-$140.

The Kapara is on my list but never used one myself. It uses the same pivot bushing system as the CQI Sage 5/Sage 5 LW, I feel it provides a superior action to any of my Golden comp locks.

The K390 Lil Temperance might also be tempting once it's released. The blade thickness or quality of action have made me think twice, but it's the only option if you want Seki K390 with a comp lock.
