Well, if the commercials on the pitchers mound weren't bad enough, now they are on the jerseys
Just saw a **** Kroger patch on a Cincinnati Reds player. On his sleeve
This pisses me off to no end!!!!!
Like we don't get enough commercials already and ads to buy everything in the world already!
I'm serious......this is sickening
The bigger these contracts are going the more of this crap we will endure . Price to go to a pro game is ridiculous for average guy wanting to take his family . I’m glad I have a Class A Cardinal a half hour away. . Nice to see future prospects too .
I have to disagree. Thoss owners can afford those contracts 10 times over. It's just greed pure and simple.
I'll probably just quit watching baseball

Braves put the chop to the Cards and now we are headed to play Rick’s team the Brews ! He will have no mercy on me ! :sad-but-relieved :disappointed Dan
Brew crew off to a hot start, but the Cards always have their number.
Brews looked pretty good Rick ! Held us Sunday , our pitching is just not there . I see some trades coming sooner than later .
I don't want to jinx them, but I've been very impressed so far. Especially the young guys.

I was hoping the Braves would get Summers Eve for cheaping out on Freddie and Dansby!
Nah, I apologize to everyone for the rant
MLB are gonna do what they're gonna do...
Actually, Bargain Hunt would be an ok patch for the Braves as well, lol...

Cards took the series with the Rockies and will start a home stand tonight against the Pirates . Walker has hit safely in every game since began of season , 13 games in a row so far . Bats are waking up , pitching is my biggest concern. Dan

You know those Cards are ALWAYS good for winning 15 out of 20 games somewhere in the season, it will come...unfortunately :)

Granddaughter and hubby are in St Louis for the Pirates series this weekend . Wainwright pitched a simulated game yesterday and may by going to Class AA sometime this week for a couple appearances and pitch counts . Woolford had great defensive support last night , he definitely isn’t showing what he was pitching in Spring training . Cards need two more wins with Diamondbacks coming up next . Dan

Figures the Brewers game is actually televised here today on FS1, but a group of us neighbors are cooking out and playing cornhole. Going to need to rig up a TV for outside!

We are totally down the tides without pitching . So ticked off , an organization that took pride in their pitching staff is long gone . Head of Operations should have been fired two years ago , but gets a pat on back for a team to make playoffs and leaving with a whimper . Ten days on West coast is the beginning of sitting in the cellar this season with Marmol whine to umpires , getting thrown out to show players he has their back . Hope my buddies teams are doing well even the Brews ! Dan

Very weird seeing both the Cubs and Pirates staying hot. Cards will get it figured out or make a splash move if they can find some consistency over the next month or two.

The hitting is great but timing of hits are off . I’ve lost count of loaded bases , no outs and no runs runs . Cubs and Pirates have a good mix , just depends how long the pitching will hold .Both teams are playing with a lot of heart . Dan

Gosh gang, we've not had a lot to do with the MLB thread this season.
But, the season on its last legs.
I'm really ready to watch this 4 game series between the Braves & Dodgers.
Man, I'm sooooooo hoping Freddie Freeman wins the NL MVP. I feel.hes the clear front runner as of now. I realize Acuna is having a fantastic season but, when I really look at the numbers, I see #5 coming out on top. I mean, among everything else he's done he's batting .340!!

Worse year ever for Cards . Poor long term planning at the top , they need to go . Marmol is another problem .Season has been a disaster .
