There was a whole shower of PM2s and Shamans in 15V all over Europe, but the prices... Local, polish shops have them at about 335$ :/, most other places hover around 300$, there were two I found with prices around 250$. You guys have it lucky in Americaland :broken-heart
Yeah, it's pretty expensive pretty fast here. I know one or two place still holding PM2s and Shamans. PM2 around 250€ and Shamans 330€. Don't hesitate to pm me if you cave in at those prices ^^.

I paid 230€ for my PM2. And I should've bought a Shaman years ago because I'll never pay the minimum 280€ for a S30V Shaman.
:respect In the collection :respect : Lots of different steels, in lots of different (and same) Spydercos.

In the end I let the idea go hoping for future releases of models in 15V that would light my "want" a bit more.

Same goes with the 15V mule, had the whole purchase almost done, just needed to press "Agree" but let the idea go - I don't use fixies :(. BTW those went pretty fast but not stunningly so. I feel like it took about an hour or so before they sold out?

Is that Buck edge likely from going from a relatively low grit belt, directly to a high speed buffer loaded with Chromium oxide paste?

I appreciate it, but the real heros here are Sal, Gal, Eric and the Spyderco Crew for getting the 15V knives all made and available for you all to buy. That's a big investment for them to take a chance on with listening to some geeky custom knife maker. I'm glad everything went smoothly for all of us and it turned out great.

Cheers.

I’m not sure but a Spyderco Rep said they went in a few min. I am sure someone here knows exactly how long. They were a hot item

Wasn't particularly sharp from the factory and finally got around to putting my own 14dps edge on it. Responded with ease to Wicked Edge diamond progression through 3000 grit. Gave it a little extra polish at the end to .6 micron ceramics. This is my standard edge for comparison's sake. Next time I'll probably try finishing at a lower grit based on other's experiences.

I think it has to do with light angle and focus, and quite possibly Samsung's camera decision making. The screen of the yellow background color shows up more too. Don't make me go find my dusty SLR :grin-sweat

So is there a second wave of these coming out, or was this lot some kind of residual? Trying to decide whether I should be watching closely for drops at other retailers.

The owner of CS posted in one of the FB groups that he was selling backups of their previous exclusives and some sprint runs. Aside from the 15V models, CS also posted their XHP, S90V, PM2 wharnie, and other exclusives for sale a few hours ago.

Out of curiosity, was it ever revealed how many knives were made for this sprint?

Hey Kris!
I never saw anything indicating how many were actually in the run.

I agree. I like when we find out so I try to keep any eye out for them.
