that's the first i remember hearing about this one. that should make quite a few people happy. maybe this should be posted in the deals thread too because that's a great price for this knife. even cheaper than the standard s30v model.

I can get behind this. I really like the Endela size, Cruwear is my jam, and this color scheme is great!

pins?! these must be older...? i would definitely want to take an m4 manix apart for proper maintenance.

It's worth it just to break the blade free and throw it into a G10 model that people have, but desire a possible better steel in M4.

Said it in another thread: I think this (tool steel blade in pinned handle) was one of the reasons why the REX 45 Manix LW was selling pretty slow.

I just can say from my personal experience: I don´t have any corrosion issues with my REX 45 Manix LW, and it sees a lot of humid and sweaty conditions.
But then, weirdly, I seem to have "problems" to rust Spydies in general anyway for whatever reason, so my experience should be taken with a grain of salt.

Spyderco probably still has a billion pins in stock. So maybe they will use them still from time to time?
If an exclusives price can be dropped by using them for example it would be kinda a no brainer to see them again at times.
