Is there a "tell" or two that you can teach me, on how you can visually spot these as fakes from a photo?

(Other than being shipped from China at prices that are too low...and that one of his "positive" feedbacks reads: "Poor fake Spyderco knife".)

Staring at Slysz photos from the Spyderco website, the one thing I noticed on the fake was the lockbar "stress circle" not being centered in the lockbar machined-out area. Also it looks like the top end of the clip is sitting in slots that are too big. Other tells?

For this particular seller, everything posted is suspect Always the same photos, same descriptions, usually many more pieces, some of which will be painfully obvious (a black Subvert for example), short run auctions to complete before they can be pulled, etc.
