Gayle Bradley—is he still actively making custom knives?

Hello,
Subject sums it up. I am wondering if anyone knows whether Gayle Bradley is still making (and taking orders for) custom knives and if so, how I would contact him.
I cannot remember when his website was last up and running, but it seems like it's been quite a few years now. An internet search came up with an email address and phone number, but I'd rather have a little more confidence that either of these methods (A) actually worked and (B) were acceptable methods of communicating with him.
