Para 3 lightweight washer

#1

Post by rooster81 »

One of my lightweights was off center by a bit and didn't have the smoothest action so I added another washer. With the addition of the washer it's now almost dead center and super smooth.

Has there ever been a reason why only one washer is used on the lw para 3?

I’d love to know what washer you used/where you got it, I have a few that I’d love to give the same treatment. It’s one of my favorite EDC knives.

Did you sand down the frn a bit on the original non-washer side?

Nope, the washers are pretty thin to begin with. And it seemed to work fine just dropping it in.

$10 is crazy for a set of washers. They're under a buck at any knife part site.
