I found a large curved piece old bark on forest floor with debris and took the shot . I think it is one of my better Manix shots , it was very spontaneous.

This is a particularly nice one. The subtle green in the blade reflection and at the top edge of the photo, the sleek texture of the knife against the rough texture of the tree bark, the natural color palette. I also really like the Ayoob photo a couple posts above, awesome colors there as well. Nice job

Thank you , I wanted to take some shots out in bottoms but had things to do around house and help the sweetie , so took the Chief shot in backyard. The Ayoob shot is actually a location study shot like the window sill using different knives looking for the best effect in different light . Dan
