Lots and lots of grasshoppers out in the open spaces this year. The bigger ones hang out on the Black Eyed Susans with some sort of wasp look-alike.

Very nice. That one doesn't waste any time between poking up from the dirt and flowering.

I shot some flowers in the yard last week. This one is my favorite. The foliage of the blue flax is tiny and subtle, as are the flowers, but they're spectacular if you take the time to look.

Beautiful Rusty . My wife moved a bunch of a tulips from this area years ago but missed one . It comes up,every year and usually before others . One of the few Rabbits don’t get to in early Spring . Little rascals . Dan
