Re: Show your Bugs and Critters
First Bluebird I've seen in like 2 years and this is the first year I've paid any attention to the Juncos so I know very little about them. I heard a Virginia Rail while I was out but couldn't spot it to save my life... I'm going back tomorrow to try again.Manixguy@1994 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 12, 2023 3:36 pmHaven’t had Bluebirds in yard yet checking boxes . Junco are about to leave any day .

Re: Show your Bugs and Critters
Bluebirds come in from bottoms like Orioles we see them early but rarely nest in town . Juncos are a Northern bird and are leaving now to nesting in their home grounds . Male Wren just came in a few days ago and we have a Cardinal building a nest in Honeysuckle by pond next to garage . They may change their mind with all activity being so close to side door .
