you guys are making me feel like i need to get out more and take more pictures. my current area is less than inspiring and i can't drive that far most weekends. the life of a parent with many kids...

I just got back from Maui, this is one of my favorite photos I took over there! Next time I’m booking a private helicopter tour!

beautiful! one of my favorite images i've taken is from maui. i love that island. if you haven't been up to haleakala, you should make time to go and watch the sunrise. it's well worth the trip.

I was planning on it, but they require you to have tickets, and the tickets were over 30 days out! Then I thought about doing a sunset there, but the wife gets car sick on the switchback road… so private helicopter tour it is for me! lol!
I got some really good sunsets. If you haven’t been to Ioa valley and like history is was really cool! And there are some pretty amazing waterfalls!

i moved away from hawaii a couple of years ago. i don't know if i'll be making it back to maui any time soon. such a beautiful place though. my family has many fond memories of living there and traveling to the different islands.

yeah. every week, i'm jealous. there's very little beauty where i live, which is a weird thing for me to say because i've been able to find it everywhere i've lived. all of the real beauty is quite a drive from where i live in va. i'm ready to move, but sadly, my next move will take me even farther from waterfalls.

So we went out West a few years ago. Our family and my wife's extended family. 15 total in our party. Rented vans and Airbnb's. Went from Vegas to Albuquerque. Saw some of the most beautiful landscapes I've ever seen.

One of the nicest waterfalls we saw was after we landed in Las Vegas. Every so often it has a rush of water and puts off an amazing show. I was able to capture this beauty at the right time.
