Our sunsets in the South are never as marvelous as the ones back home (CO), but the Canadian wildfires did give us a colorful one a couple weeks ago.

The City of Charlotte Skyline, as seen from Grandfather Mtn. Photo, by the owner, Mr. Hugh Morton (deceased)
I worked on Granffather Mtn the year I graduated from high school. Mr. Morton loved photography.
Charlotte, NC is apprx 90 miles from Grandfather Mtn.

A Rainbow at 1:30 am from a lookout on the Blue Ridge Parkway- I think this was in Va.
Not sure who took the picture
