From your sketch, it looks like you could regrind an existing autonomy blade and get close to the same thing as your first drawing, while losing maybe 1/16" to 1/8" of blade and ruining the coating on the spine.
For me, I'd want the full Caribbean belly, though.

I'm going to do that spine slope on the orange one I just got but I don't think I could make a belly the way I want it.
