pulling my hair out stressing for an hour and fifteen minutes but I managed to get 2. Phew!!!! the website was like taffy. I got kicked out of the check out page probably a dozen times

I was kicked around the website myself for about the same time! Glad I snagged one!

After 75 minutes of agony and horror, i finaly ordered mine 2 magnas succesffuly :)

Right around 50 minutes to get past the payment screen.
Got a confirmation email right away though.

With the refresh technique for more than an hour I've mistakenly added 2 mules to the cart, and I was stressed of losing the order so I just powered through it... It'll make a nice Iron wood mule gift for my father ^^.
Ordered only one sheath tho, and I won't pay the $45 shipping for one more

I was number 4 in line at the store, then a guys wife cut in with him, so then I was 5th. There were maybe 15 behind me when I got up to the counter and paid. I wandered around to see if I could force more cash out of my pocket but was not forced to this time.

I see at 10:30 PST there are 4 maggie mules on ebay ranging from $190-$225
People trying to get $150 quick profit instead of the intent of the mule team. I am a capitalist and I guess it will end up in the hands of someone who may use it as intended, but WOW!

I'm finally on the mule team too!
Today was a good day, 6 new knives....
The 5 I hardened while compulsively updating the site, and the mule I miraculously bought.

You don't need to pay the eBay premium.
Just join the Spyderco group on Reddit, where you can get one at list price.

Cool stuff these mules ... but they always have been! Hope you all were on the bandwagon to keep the program alive when its future was looking grim!!!!!!
My credit card was hacked shortly after I made the purchase; coincidence???? Glad it didn't happen any sooner or I could be muleless. I'll carry cash for backup next time.

Was the only place the card was used today. Last used online (Amazon) in the middle of the week. Can't say if there is any relationship or not, it gets used all the time and everywhere I go. I'm driving home and get notice on my phone of approx $1800 charge at a Denver clothing store. ?????
