Are the k390 police, endura and delica thinner behind the edge?

Are the k390 police, endura and delica thinner behind the edge?
I got the police ,endela and endura in k390 and think they are thinner behind the edge than the vg10 models.
I dont have calipers but believe so just by feel.

Even after refprofiling to 14 dps, my k390 Police is definitely thinner than the vg10 one.

My K390 delica measures .018" behind the edge and Endela measures .022" or .023" if I recall correctly. Stretch K390 was about the same as the Endela. Those are a bit thinner than their VG-10 siblings. Those are the only ones I have measured for comparison.

I am VERY interested in this thread. I never understood why the Delica is ground so thick bte. I didn't measure my K390 Delica bte but it seems thinner than my other VG10 ones. I hope it's the beginning of a new era for the Delica/Endura family and I also hope that Sal is reading this.
