Looking for Echanis book.

Anyone have an extra copy of Michael Echanis's book "Knife Fighting, Knife Throwing for Combat" that they would like to sell. I've looked at the major on-line booksellers and have struck out. I just want to complete my collection. (It's the one with the black cover, Ohara publications)
