The True Story of the Proctor Valley Monster

Proctor Valley is in my neck of the woods (San Diego County). I first heard about the Proctor Valley Monster when I was 11 (1974 or early '75). Basically, it's a type of Bigfoot creature. However, I've also heard of other types of paranormal, as well as cryptid phenomena, that are reported to occur there.

The first story told, about the teen couple and their car breaking down, was the same first story that I heard about Proctor Valley way back then.

There are also similar creepy paranormal and cryptid encounters reported on and around nearby Otay Mountain. Retired US Border Patrol Agent Rocky Elmore shared encounters with spirits/paranormal entities, as well as with possible Bigfoot-type creatures, on Otay Mountain during the course of his nightly duties in his book, "Out on Foot: Nightly Patrols and Ghostly Tales of a US Border Patrol Agent."

This episode, which was shot in 2013, is very well-done. Something he says turned out to be prophetic; Roddy Piper passed away only two years later, in 2015.

I always liked Roddy Piper. He was actually one of the few professional wrestlers from the '80s era that I liked, even though I didn't watch wrestling much because I was living overseas from the mid-'80s into the '90s. I also loved him in the movie They Live.

Native American Little People Stories

I believe in "Little People." I also believe there are countles different varieties and forms of Little People. They are reported in cultures all over the world. Whether they are called Fae (faeries/fairies), The Gentry, gnomes, elves, brownies, puckwudgies, duende, menehune, djinn/jinn, elementals, or by countless other names. Many are reported to be the size of small children (around 2 to 3 feet tall); some are reported to be only a few inches tall; others are reported to be human-sized; and some are reported to be giants (10 or more feet tall). I believe they exist alongside of us (meaning they are of this earth), but in another frequency/dimension, and that they can occasionally appear to us, or even become temporarily physical, and able to affect objects and people in the physical world.

I already posted about my dad's accounts of what he called "The Little People" or "The Children" earlier in this thread, whose description coincided almost exactly with that of a Native American mentor I had, who had grown up on a reservation. Their descriptions differed from most others'; the ones they described were only no higher than maybe 10 to 18 inches tall, had dragonfly-type wings, and which were always accompanied by one adult human-sized being with the same appearance (wings, etc.), that stood away and didn't interact with the witness.

Back when I taught martial arts in the early 2000s, a student of mine, who was 9 years older than me, told me about an 'elemental' he would occasionally see in his yard. At the time, he and his wife lived in a house on the property of Point Loma Nazarene University, where his wife worked as an administrator. He owned a renovation company. He said this 'elemental' was human-shaped, the size of a small child, but was all-black, like a free-standing shadow. He would occasionally catch glimpses of it out of the corner of his eye in his yard that overlooked a beautiful view of the ocean. When he would look directly at it, it would disappear.

Distorted Realities

Like the accounts in the previous video about elevator-related paranormal experiences, the types of experiences in this video are among the spookiest. I've been wondering for a few years if these types of 'dimensional slips', or whatever they are, are what happens in at least some of the Missing 411 cases, except in the latter, many are unable to return from whichever parallel reality they walked or slipped into.

In the Missing 411 cases in which the missing are found deceased in locations that were searched (often dozens of times), or found in locations that would have been extremely difficult for the victim to have gotten to; could the latter cases be that in whatever parallel reality they slipped into, the laws of time and distance differ from this reality to the extent that a few steps taken in that dimension would take them miles away from where they disappeared?

I've also heard of instances where people seemed to become temporarily invisible and inaudible to people around them, and oftentimes accompanied by muted or no sounds. Could they have slipped into either a parallel dimension, or slipped 'out of sync' or been caught between two different frequencies of existence? Something to ponder.
