Delica Seki City AUS-8... rare?

#1

Post by Tdog02 »

I'm new to the forum and trying to find out some history on an old Spyderco folder. Like the title, is Seki City with AUS-8 steel a rare knife? What time frame would this be from? Thanks for your help.

Dear Tdog02:

Welcome to the Spyderco Forum.

The best source of information on older Spyderco models is Spydiewiki.com. Here's a link to the Delica page of it: http://www.spydiewiki.com/index.php?title=C11_Delica.

Stay safe,

They are not rare. They are nice, though. Is yours a Delica 1 or Delica 2? I'd like to see a picture.

Take a picture and go to postimage.org and upload. Then click hotlink for FORUMS and paste it here.

The Delica2 was AUS6 if I remember right. The FRN mold for the Delica underwent several changes, so a view of the clip side of the handle would be helpful in narrowing down the date range.
