Caly 3.5 HAP40 sprint run?
I know there is a regular production Caly 3.5 LW forthcoming, but who'd like to see a sprint run in HAP40/green G10 like the Caly 3?
I don't get people who only carry one knife

Me.
Additionally to the rumored Caly 3.5 LW

I'd like to see more Seki HAP40!!!
I think a run of the entire Seki family in Burnt Orange HAP40 linerless would be awesome!!! Starting with the Delica and Endura and then expanding from there.
As of now I'm done with Seki other than FRN (so no stainless, titanium, g10, carbon fiber for me); FRN Caly 3.5 LW (and more so hopefully the 3.0 LW) will be deep green (or blue); with screws even better.
Stretch G10 was a fairly pricey model and not a strong seller, even at discontinued pricing. Would a G10 Caly 3.5 be any different? So yes, if offered, probably best as a sprint.

So many knives - so little funds!!!

Would be nice!

Yes, yes, a thousand times yes! Just take my money. I’m addicted to this model and I’ve never even handled one before. Sometimes you just know.

Yes.
I'm happiest with Micarta and Tool Steel.
Top four in rotation: K390 + GCM PM2, ZCarta Shaman, Crucarta PM2, K390 + GCM Straight Spine Stretch.

Re: Caly 3.5 HAP40 sprint run?
Yes, I was hoping this would come out after the HAP40 Caly 3.
I guess a lot of planned models don’t make it into production if the early releases in a particular steel don’t sell so well.
The added premium for Seki models in G10, due to Spyderco having to ship US G10 to Japan, and possible issues with consistency of quality with Moki at the time may also have been factors.
As it seems Moki have indicated they might be able to work with K390, if I understand Sal’s comments right, I wonder if they might be able to do a monometal HAP40 blade run quite hard, like the REX45 lines?

My only reservation is the pinned construction. I wish they would use screws instead.
