Hello everyone and sorry for making another "is my knife fake" post. My Para 3 (G-10 black version) came today and to me it seems perfectly fine. There is one detail though that seems to be off when compared to pictures online and that is the compression lock being in black finish (instead of steel / silver finish). Has Spyderco changed the look recently or should I worry about getting a fake?

Bought from Amazon directly; difficult to get those in Europe otherwise.

Black liners on the DLC Para 3 is a recent CQI change. Your knife is real.

I don't think I've heard of any counterfeit Para 3s yet. Has anyone else?

Yes as others have said, the black liners were a recent switch by Spyderco. Everything else on the knife looks authentic to me. Enjoy your Para 3, it's my favorite Spyderco.
