Weird Issue

Hey guys.
Had a strange one today. Went to get on the forum and was met with a notice that I was banned for multiple accounts by a banned member.
- IP ban. That puzzled me, so I sent in an email.
However, after I sent it, I decided to swap to a different network and check. I was able to log in normally.
Weird, eh?
