The countdown is on!

What are you guys hoping to pick up during the sale? I have been thinking this over the last week, cause I wanted to narrow down my list and not go too crazy. I *think* I've narrowed down my wishlist to 3 models.

-Military -> just realized, I somehow don't have one in my possession at the moment. :o Had 3 or 4 pass through the collection over the years, so either a S110V or plain-jane camo/S30V one.

Techno 2 -> Never been able to pull the trigger at full price for some reason. Really have been into little-big-knife :spyder: 's lately, want to add one to the rotation.

Wolfspyder -> another one I've never been able to pull the trigger at full price for some reason. The design is just really appealing to me, and my father mentioned he wants one to throw in his camping pack, so I'm hoping to snag one for a X-mas present for him and one for me.

DISCLAIMER: I reserve the right to buy others and exceed my budget as I see fit. :o

I spent some time yesterday thinking over what I might be interested in, to minimize impulse purchases.

I'll be looking for 3"+ blades in either CPM 4V or - a long shot - Super Blue. Other steels I might be interested in are CPM S90V. In any case, I want to stick with larger blades.

Specific models, maybe the Chaparral or the Siren.

I'll be interested to see what fixed blades might be available, also hatchets.

I was really hoping to get a 20CV Manix G10, but in Spyderco’s FAQ video they said exclusives will not be part of this seconds sale that leaves me hoping to find a nice Manix sprint, I want one with some kind of fancy stainless or CruWear. I’m hoping to snag that and a SPY27 Manix LW if they already screwed some up in manufacturing. Some others I’m keeping an eye out for is an Endura that may catch my eye, maybe a Centofante 3 if they are a good price... maybe even a GB2, who knows. I’m gonna keep it to 2 or 3 knives though.

I'm limiting myself to one knife, but I may throw a Byrd in there with those if they have them as seconds. I know they exist. I purchased a 2nd Byrd Slip-It Wings for about MSRP last year on the secondary market. Given the seller's probably 50%-100% markup, I'm sure they're much cheaper to buy direct from Spyderco.

On my list is a ton of Spyderco at present. Native, Para 3, Atlantic (and Pacific) Salt are very high on it. I'm hoping I find an LC200N Salt Native the most. I usually don't carry a knife much over 4" closed, but may end up with a bigger folder if the cost is good.

Going to try for a slew of Seki seconds to stash around cars, bags, IFAKs, etc. Some Dfly Hawkbills, maybe a few Enduras and Endelas, etc. Interested to see the layout of the page and how easy/difficult it will be to navigate and find specific models.

Though I am almost positive my priorities will change as I see things pop up on the site, I’d like to get a Schempp Bowie, a Canis, and/or a Military. Maybe a PM2. Definitely also keeping an eye out for certain steels, namely K390, super blue, and 51200.

Maybe a good chance to grab a GB2. And some zdp because I’ve never had any and a bunch is being discontinued. See I’m already having trouble keeping to my “list” :D

I think all 4V folders have been exclusives, and it sounds like exclusives aren't included.

That's right! I forgot. Bummer!

I’d definitely buy a Police4 G10 K390 and then a Proficient and/or a user Province if the price is right. Another G10 Manix in REX45 would be hard to pass up. A couple Bow Rivers to up our steak knife game at the house would be cool. Maybe an old Mule in an interesting steel if any appear.

Depends on what comes with SE and what the price is.

Rex 45 Shaman, maybe 2 depending on price and if I can get 2! Maybe a GB2 as well. Keep my other one nice, beat on the 2nd!

We'll see, might be something else that catches my eye...

I just found out Spyderco only accepts two forms of payment online... :rolleyes: Which is upsetting, to say the least.

Not that I was planning to but I won't be able to buy nearly as much, as I would have in person, now that I know this.

If I see a special military I will probably get one.
I would like a cheap backup spydiechef.
A tatanka would be amazing but I wont hold my breath.

Mainly a G10 Police 4 in K390 and potentially some other Seki stuff.

Anything, really. I always have terrible luck with online feeding frenzies like this. Missed the M4 Manix XL sale and had to go to the secondary market.

If I could pick anything I'd like a DLC Military, DLC Manix XL to mod, and a fixed blade I've never tried. Maybe another K390 Police to blade swap into my LW.

I'd like to snag a respect and a genzow hawk. I already have a respect but a second would be nice.

It took a while and a lot of refreshing and errors, but finally snagged a lil' native and a SPY27 Native.

I bought a Spyopera. I'll be waiting to see how it looks
