VG10, Liner Lock, PM2?

I think this is "supposed to be" a PM2, though it doesn't say "PM2". It is marked & listed as a Spyderco, VG10 steel, made in China, button head screws (not countersunk), even looks like a tiny bit of a sharpened swedge, and looks like a liner lock

It's definitely counterfeit, and reported to eBay.
