Saw this announced by St Nicks Knives, where there is currently a Preorder available for both models.

Black and Gray Zome FRN scales
VG10 core Damascus steel
Less than 800 models each.

Interesting. Think that's a different damascus pattern than they've used before, or is it just a wierd picture?

Waaaaaaaaaaaaay too busy looking! Just a hot mess in my opinion. Surprised to see St Nick's putting something out like this, compared to all the other amazing exclusives they've dropped.

I don't think it's a St Nick's exclusive. They just put em up first. I think it's probably the same distributor that is doing the zome GITD models.

It is super busy, but I admit I like it. Kinda like a Pollock splatter painting.

Is that a saber grind or FFG? That pattern makes it look saber ground. The photos almost make it look like one of those 90’s 3d optical illusion things, haha. I’m sure it’s different in person tho.

I wont be buying these, but they do look pretty awesome imo

I kinda like it and placed a preorder for the Delica. I’m calling the pattern “tv static Damascus”.

That is way too busy, but that's because of the grind, with FFG the pattern would be less busy.

The description says FFG. The Damascus pattern on these is a bit too intense compared to the previous offerings but I suspect that it’s just the particular ones that they photographed.

They are just another run of Damascus Delica blades in yet another color/style FRN akin to the recent KnifeJoy exclusive version...

I like it. If I have the $$ I’ll get one.

Looks like the "raindrop" pattern, but the TV static is a viable and preferred description credited to Tabo :D. Looks to my eyes FFG, although the pattern does deviate and gives an illusion of a typical saber grind. Hard to decipher clearly from the photos though :confused:

Any idea when the pre-orders ship and the others become available?
