I wonder if the Enuff will move to 3mm if the Enuff 2 sells well? I had an Enuff Leaf and it was overbuilt (for my use) but that was the market then.
I didn't even consider that possibility, but wow. That would be way cool.
Primarily it was the lack of salt options that held me back from buying the OG. Anything salt with more belly and less teeth would have me throw in the towel. I wasn't stoked on the thick blade stock either, and that might have kept me from trying any of the versions that were available.

I'll certainly get an Enuff 2 in some variation, holding out in hopes of seeing a FFG salt, but will make do with VG-10 if we don't see any signs of such version on the roadmap.
The same strategy holds true if the OG is ever re-released in 3mm stock.

My local shop has K390, and VG10 PE and SE. Looks like a winner. Sheath looks improved for sure

I was lucky enough to get my hands on a VG10 Enuff 2 for the next few weeks. This thing is a lot small than I thought it would be. Here's a few size comparisons.

thanks for sharing. this pic is especially helpful for me. i've been debating whether i should pick one up since i managed to snag a magnacut mule and typically carry it outdoors. i wanted the enuff 2 for that role before i got the mule and when i thought it was being released as a salt. i'm not sure i have a place for this knife anymore, but it still looks like it would be a great knife.

Just wish it had another half inch of handle. I pulled out my enuff Salt to confirm what I remembered about it. It's just a cramped fit for my bare hand, and gloves would be even worse. Oh well, still a nice evolution of the enuff and I think it will be a hit with a lot of folks.

I have very medium sized hands and agree on your sentiment, and I will offer the original width of the Enuff seemed less cramped and more hand filling. I can only surmise the thinner model feeling less handfilling due to being thinner since the grips should be the same? Still on the fence and still debating VG10 or K390.

Thanks for comparisons! Are the scales removable by chance, do you know?

Funny you ask I was just seeing what a Mule would look like with these scales. They're using the same type of hardware other Seki-City Spydies use.

Wow thanks for the pics! They did 2 things for me: first I'm good with my mules (and appreciate the good deal they can be even more!) and second, I compared my Mule handle/blade shape to my Leaf Jumper ---- amazing resemblance, you'd think they were designed by the a same person or something :winking-tongue

Thank you much! Excited to see removable scales. To me it looks like a fixed blade Native Chief. Which is awesome. I love the way they skeletonized the tang, that's aces.

Looking at Enuf as a backpacking blade. I don't want to ask too much but IF you happen to be near a weight scale when you have the handles off, I'd love to know the weight of just the naked steel blade. (I would likely make my own handles of lightweight cedar and a lightweight Kydex sheath.)

No worries if not, I know I'm asking for too much info! I should just get my own and experiment, eh?

Okay, it's awesome to learn that the scales are removeable. This will allow 0.5mm liners to be inserted, replacing the handle width lost due to bladestock reduction. For me that will change the feel of the handle from typical Spyderco-great, back to the super-wonderful, best-ever feel of the O.G. Enuff!

By the way, the Enuff 2 fits nicely in the Mule Team leather sheath, for those who prefer that style to the Boltaron. For my uses it's easily secure enough, and I like the fact that it's less noisy, holds the knife deeper, and hangs lower from the belt, out of the way of my hand/arm. The Boltaron sheath is even more secure, holding the knife with a strap (that I would remove if I inteded to use that sheath) in addition to vise-like pressure from the top of the sheath itself.

No problem and sorry I don't have a scale to weight it.
