Any plans for a new Crossbill variant?

I've always been curious about this model, but I don't see much of a point in getting a part-serrated or plain edge for my uses, unfortunately. The G10 version would have been nice, but apparently it's discontinued and likely not making a return.
Having said that, what's the status on this one? I'll admit that I've never fully understood why the stainless steel model isn't available in a fully serrated edge, that would definitely be the way to go for me. I don't care about fancier steels for this blade shape, 8Cr13MoV has been more than enough for my Byrd Hawkbill so far... Maybe a FRN version could be interesting?
