Still not the biggest fan of the looks, but I'd stiil buy a Manix 2 LW in this color-combi in order to find out what all that Cruwear enthusiasm is about... :) (have no personal experience at all with this steel).
my xhp manix 2 lw is my favorite knife, but i would not buy a manix 2 lw in a non-stainless steel unless spyderco gets rid of the pins. put some torx screws in it and i’d be all over any lw manix.

But since for whatever reason I personally never have corrosion issues with my knives (even carry XHP and HAP 40 IWB in running shorts on hot sweaty days no problem) I am not too worried...
Means the the Rex 45 Manix LW sprint is also not for you, right?

now that i’m moving off of this volcanic rock in the middle of the most vast ocean on the planet, i might be more inclined to try some tool steel spydies, but still not in a m2lw. it’s just not prudent in my opinion. i know a lot of traditional knives and fixed blades come in these steels, but i wouldn’t pay $100+ for a knife i can’t properly maintain because parts of it are not accessible.

DLT Trading is such a joke. Took about 20 tries clicking the purchase button before it would even add the knife to my cart, enter address multiple times before it can proceed to next steps, and then crashes during payment. Now it's shown as out of stock. Awesome service.
