Hey TripleB! Thanks for this thread! I’ve read lots of good things re SPY27… I’ve got two in the manix 2 LW platforms… was really impressed with how sharp both knives were out of the box… looking to sharpen them and was curious if you could weigh in on what grit you’d recommend stopping at in the progression. I’ve got the wicked edge WE66 obsidian and I’m using Diamond stones (I’ve got 100-2200) and leather strops with 4, 2, and 1 polycrystalline Diamond emulsion on them… any thoughts would be appreciated! Keep up the great work!
