Hi I am looking for a charging cable for my iPad that is 10ft long and that is really durable

I'm not an expert in cell phones, but if it is USB data that you are transferring there is a limit to cord length for USB and other similar technologies. I do not know what the limit may be for tethering....it's a timing issue, and it may be 6ft.

If it is an Ethernet cable, they come in all different sizes. That too has a maximum length, but you are not going to hit it with a 10ft long cable.

I agree with the young lady above...Amazon cables work great for my android gear and my daughter's Apple devices. Last longer than factory branded cables by quite a bit.
