If they ever do a Sprint Run of the OCELOT I would absolutely love to have another one of them. But I would want it in a newer/better blade steel and with a completely solid handle with no footprints that were in the original version. Those footprints were kind of a novelty that caused a few headaches when it came to cleaning.

Because let's face it>> all of those Spyderco/Wegner models were designed for outdoor use ( hunter folders). And anytime you skin an animal or field dress a fish you just caught you don't need holes or indentations that will accumulate all kinds of animal and fish residue that will end up stinking to high heavens.

But for sure I liked the OCELOT model other than those footprints in the handle.

Kris (bolstered and pinned as the original/ linen micarta, ebony or Osage handle and VG10 is fine)

Catcherman (FFG LC200N SE, CE and PE)

Jester (Cruwear with G10 or micarta handle)

I think one of the best things about this thread is that I am being introduced to knives that I never knew Spyderco made (the Ocelot for example).

That is an awesome "Threesome" Especially That CAPTAIN model with Teeth!

Yeah the Chokwe with a better blade steel is truly one we should lobby for

I know I've said it before on here.

But, I want a new Micro Dyad! Love that lil stinker!

Mammoth Ivory, Tooth, Shred CF, or some type of stone? Really, I'll take anything!

It could be VG-10, unless we could twist an arm and get full LC200N. M4 would also work. ;)

Jester has to be up there. Pre Covid I carried a manbug zdp-189 as my office carry. Most carried knife. Jester would be a great option for the office environment.

Catcherman, ideally in LC200N, FFG, SE with 1.5mm stock or less

R, with skeletonized Ti handle and Superblue or Hap40 steel

Captain, any steel, any handle, just serrated in the concave portion of the blade.
