Delica 4 FRN VG10 FFG PE. Paid full retail at a brick and mortar over a decade ago; likely in the $50 range. There is no better pocket knife ... for me ... period. Still have it, still beautiful, still going strong!!! Tabulations indicate my cost is now less than a penny a day.

Moral of the story: buy quality, buy what works for you, use it but don't abuse it - in other words take care of it, and your rewards will be compounded significantly over time! I have yet to find myself wishing I had bought the $12 China knife.

Resiliance. Good knife. Will kill anything that's messing with you. By no means is it some sissy knife.

Most knife for least money? Gotta be the Tenacious, my first Spydie (a friend now has it). Its downside is all the money I’ve spent since on other Spydies.

The Slysz Bowie. It's worth nearly 3X what I paid for it. LOL

My Cat. Got it on Amazon for $40 a few years ago and it does absolutely everything I ask of it, while being easy to sharpen and very easy to carry.

Stainless Delica SE, got it for $40 years ago.

Bow River. Phil Wilson design with extra thin edge, nice round handle for 32$ is a steal.

SE HB Ladybug represents excellent value also. Punching way above it’s weight! :cool:

This one gets my vote, considering what it cost and how much I've used it.
