I notice knifeworks has Spyderco Yojimbo 2 All Blacks in stock.
Has there been any interest in them ?

Probably my most anticipated 2020 release apart from the Swick 5. I really like the standard Yojimbo 2 as a utility knife, but the wide shiny pointy wharncliffe blade attracts too much attention at work from people who are jittery around knives. I find that blacked-out blades don't get noticed as much... if I had to guess, it's because of the "irradiation illusion" making the blade look smaller (this illusion is the same reason why black clothes make people look slightly slimmer).

Which is why you’ll never see me in a white T-shirt.

I love my standard Yo 2, but will probably never pick up the blackout model.. dlc has never held much appeal to me aesthetically.. I’m no type of “operator” and I certainly don’t fit into my Batman tights anymore so.. the standard model suits me just fine!

I really like the blackout look, more than just about anything, I just struggle with paying nearly 200 dollars for s30v . . . I do like the platform though. Man that's a tough one.

Oh yeah, about 7 years ago I think :rolleyes:
I begged for this one back when the Yojimbo 2 first came out. Over the years I got a taste for grinding on blades so now I've lost interest in DLC so we'll see.

i love the yojimbo and wanted one with dlc as long as i’ve known the knife existed. i would prefer it in lc200n, but i’ll probably still get it eventually. i still want a trainer too.

I saw one on the Spyderco website and now it’s a must have. I had the satin blade one but that all black looks awesome.
