Need Tech Supports Help

I have contacted Tech Support to buy something off of the Spyderco Website. Does it take a few days for them to get back to you?

Call them during business hours. That's the best way to get a quick response.

Yep^^. But seems they usually answer emails in 24-48 hours, sometimes less.

I was trying to buy something thru the OpFocus program but the website is currently not allowing anything to be added to a cart. Mine just goes to a blank screen when trying to add to cart. Is this the same issue you are having?

There was an issue on the site that started late yesterday. It has been resolved, so you should be good to go. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I received an email from Mr Gallagher. I thought everything was OK, but the webform does not accept the two email addresses that I have. I tried 3 different browsers and it failed on all of them at that point.

I emailed back my IP address and the note about the email addresses failing.
