Thoughts if you'd want one at all, and if yes, configuration/materials?

I'm thinking bolstered, with Ironwood or Snakewood inlays, Damasteel or mirror polished blade, original blade grind. Something quite out of the ordinary. Think 25:th Anniversary Delica, with a (different) twist.

Yes, Endura! :)

Rather rough textured Micarta handle, CTS HXP (if Seki can do this) or HAP 40 plain edge, or, even better: Make it the first ffg Endura in serrated edge (VG10 in SE more than just fine with me)...

I'd love to see a Delica similar to the 25th Anniversary models, made specifically for collectors! :D

That custom spyder damascus bolster was just incredible, I'm really not sure what could potentially top that!!!

I voted maybe. I'm interested in Delica 4 FRN. When it comes to the Delica 4 i'm not into the fancier knives with G10, micarta, jigged bone, titanium, carbon fiber, pakkawood and so on; I like the standard FRN configuration best. So, I'm going with FRN. But, I'd like to see a glow in the dark FRN spyderco bug inlaid into a FRN handle! Make it blurple and S110V ... and an unfinished clip. A black blade would be OK as well since this isn't available on other pe delicas.

All I ask is that if it’s not FRN.... smooth the grooves/humps out to make it more neutral... other than that I’m flexible

Yes on the Delica. Micarta with M390. Any color.

I voted "Not Interested" because the Endela wasn't an option.

I will say that I would prefer these knives to not be numbered on the blade like the CC ones. A sticker on the box or something would be ok, but I don't like extra flair on the blades with the exception of the H1 or LC200N logos and Sal and Eric makers marks. I refuse to buy CC knives because I dont like the numbers.

Maybe.
Endura, bolstered, stabilized wood or something as close to ivory as possible, full liner and closed back construction.
Titanium everywhere metal is needed on the handle, LC200n on the blade.
Ane com’on, we talk spyderco right ? FFG SE all the way to the tip.

I'm in for a FFG Delica 4 with a choil. Heck if you add a choil to all of them I'll get a Delica, Endela, and Endura. :-)

You're missing the point.. The Delica and Endura were both launched 1990, hence 30:th anniversary ;) The Endela is a toddler!

Bolstered in blued Ti, Damasteel blade, burgundy micarta handle. No to the Endela.

If the Glessers decide to honor the Delica/Endura's 30:th, i hope they see fit to add some flair. There's already umpteen different combos to choose if you're going to let it rattle around on the floor of your truck between uses :)
My personal top "priorities" / wishes are:
OG Blade grind/profile
No FRN
Natural material scales (I count Micarta as natural material)
Bolsters would raise it a level or two above your average Delica/Endura
Sal and/or Eric, hope you're at least listening? :)

I may copy and paste my post from the 'Endela-thread":

" Oh no, not THAT again...  ;)  (no offense meant of course)

There are more than enough "choiled" Spydies to choose from, but very few with the imho superior design:Endura-style RICASSO!!

One can choke up on it just as good as on a dedicated choil, it places the hand closer to the edge in a regular (not choked up grip), leaves more space on the actual handle, does not hang up on for example cardboard (a choil can), and offers the same safety-plus for the fingers as a choil...

So please! Don´t alter the very few "Endura-style-Ricasso Spyders"..."

Voted Endura. I'd really love to see not some fancy new collectors-only edition, but a (re)take on the original: blade shape with pointy tip, plastic handle with an integral clip.
(I've avoided on purpose "FRN" because it may be any other type of polymer as long as is rigid enough for structural integrity yet springy enough to work for the clip as well)
