Best kind of dog in the world right there! My family had 3 different Golden's from when before I was born until I was around 30. Mom and Dad are retired now and like to travel, so no more dogs at their house. Kind of weird!

Thanks Dan! He's about fully blind these days, took only about 6 months. He's starting to adjust pretty well now though, and the kitty has actually become his little buddy...most of the time, so that's nice as well.

Years ago where we had a gravel pit and dirt pit on a farm in the bottoms a farmer had two dogs and one was blind . They were inseparable you would have to be told one was blind , dogs senses are incredible. Glad to hear he is adjusting . Buddy Dan
