Sold mine shortly after receiving it last year because the scales got dirty EVERY TIME I carried it in my jeans. Even if I didn't use it. The scales are so vibrant, they easily get dirty and just looked bad. Not meant to be carried with jeans.

Understandable. Warm water and soap doesn't clean it up?
Asking cause I was thinking about getting one.

They do clean up, but I just found it tiresome after carrying for only a few hours...like once to the grocery store and lunch. Granted they were darker jeans, but had been washed before. Didnt take the knife out once, when we got home, sure enough they didnt look as vibrant in certain areas. It just got ridiculous after carrying it about 5 times. Even worse with my work jeans!

Great looking knife, no doubt about it. Stupidly sold my Rex45 Para 3 when this model dropped because I didn't want 2 orange knives, now I dont have either :o

I went ahead and got a satin version since I missed it last time around.
The DLC version was sold out and in most circumstances I avoid coated blades but I gotta say the DLC does look pretty nice with the orange scales.

DLC is still available today.

I wish they would have done the Native LW and Manix LW in CTS-XHP instead of S90V. I would have been all over DLC versions of both of those.

Just snagged the Satin version, I'm very excited been wanting to try a Para3 for awhile. Both versions are still available, I appreciate CS releasing this exclusive in waves. Gave everyone a fair shot, and there seems to be a descent inventory.

Still want the Crucarta Shaman though...

Same, looking to sell my m390 para 3 because of its terrible clip position. Will definitely get the orange lightweight in the future

And I hate them, I had 3 PM3, one with stock clip, one with MXG and one with Lynch. I'm over it. Move the clip position or I won't buy it. More for you guys! I'm all about the PM3 Lwt, put that out in this combo and I'll buy it right now. But it also has the correct clip for such a small knife. Would have got the DLT pm3 but it was too rich for me. Can't believe the Manix 2 20CV was the same price. Why do they even use M390 at all? Import fees, tariffs etc etc when they could just use 20CV or 204P, support an American made product, of which there are few anymore it seems, and also get the exact same product to their customers at a better price point. Just because they did M390 once it's all gotta be the same, except the Manix

Deep carry clips create a giant hotspot on the edge of the palm.

I've heard that a few times, I've never realized it myself though. Maybe because I wear gloves when using my knives at work. I can definitely see that being annoying if that's the case though.

Out of curiosity how quickly did you guys get your orders?

I put mine in on Sunday for a Satin, and it is still processing / has not shipped. I can imagine they must have a large influx of orders to go through!

Ordered 11/6, delivered 11/9. :)

Just received my satin and I am beyond impress.

I've been wanting a Para 3 for awhile and waited for the right combination... The m390 variant was tempting but I feel like I made the right choice. Tight lock up and drop shut action out of the box.

Thank you Sal, Eric and the entire Golden family you guys are killing it. Excited to put this bad boy to use, cuts like a lightsaber!

Satin still available. Also, 1 DLC is available as of now

I just saw that Cutlery Shoppe has these (satin and DLC) back in stock again, if anyone is looking.
