Got one - sweet! This is just about my ideal dragonfly - reasonable cost for a nice color and well-rounded steel. Looks like BladeHQ still has them as "coming soon" in case anyone misses them at KnivesShipFree or GPKnives.

i was told 600 made and they have all already shipped to the dealers. bhq made be the last place to grab one once they go live today or tomorrow.

That’s similar to what I’ve read but I’ve seen nothing concrete. Looks like these are gonna pretty rare if these numbers are accurate.

Out of stock now at knivesshipfree free. I watched the inventory go from 25 to 0 in about 10 minutes. They had over 100 when I ordered earlier. These things are moving fast! Only 600 were made and they have all been shipped to dealers. BHQ may be the last place to grab one whenever they go live there.

Hopefully other dealers take notice and we start seeing more Dragonfly exclusives. M390 and K390 are no-brainers, as are any other Bohler Uddeholm steel that Spyderco says is a go for Seki models. AEB-L, V4E, Vanax, Elmax, Sleipner, whatever. Pair if with a new color and boom, instant sales. Some TiCN coated Dragonfly exclusives would be welcome as well!

Have they put TiCN coated blades on any Delicas/Dragonflys/Enduras aside from the newer black-scaled salt versions? Seems like if Seki City is producing the coated salt knives, then this could be a real (and very cool) possibility.

They had some USN exclusive H1 ladybugs with TiCN...that's it so far besides the ticn combo edge delica and endura and the Salt and Pacific. Also the street beat and street bowie

K390 is a perfect fit for a Dragonfly, IMO. I gifted my K390 Urban to my son's friend. He loves it and I miss it. It just gets so crazy sharp.

Well, so much for principles. The teal DF2 is on its way to me, a self avowed anti-s30v-ite. Guess I’ll have my chance to try Spyderco’s s30v after all!
