Not for me, but it's encouraging to see the Seki City line opening up more and more to foreign steels.

Kind of geeked it is s30v honestly. I was recently kicking myself for not getting the s30v wharncliffe delica but this will fill that need plus i don't really like the Delica anymore. (heresy i know)

A bit off-topic, but are color/steel combos reserved? As in, nobody can do Pakkawood and HAP40 except for Knife Center, nobody can do jade G10 and M4 save for BladeHQ, and nobody can do teal FRN and S30V except MGE Wholesale.

Love the color. Only thing that makes me hesitate is knowing how much I'm going to drop on other models in the very near future. I'm already 4 knives deep this year with another 2 must haves in the 160-200 range. My budgets pretty tapped out. If this had been LC200N instead of S30V I'd have probably sold a knife to get it.

I really am glad that everyone is so excited and I hope that y'all get one...but....Teal??....for a knife???

Spyderco has red, blue, purple, green, pink, yellow, orange, grey, white, black, brown, multicolor (camo and zome) and various "light" and "dark" versions of colors as well... Why does teal irk you? Lol

I am not sure that teal really irks me, it just seems a particularly odd color for a knife to me. But hey, I would buy one that glows in the dark so I may not be the best judge. :D

I happen to like that color in general, but aside from that, it's a rare color in the line up. Could have been 70's green and I'd have been intersted :D

It’s a girly color. It looks great, but I’d never carry it. If it was a darker teal, whatever that’s called, then I’d like it.
