ID this knife?

A friend of mine in Swedish knife group on FB posted this yesterday. I can't make out what it is. Looks more like a old BM/H&K than Spyderco to me.
Of course it can be any botched up Ganzo as well..
Y'all have any idea?

Looking at the blade shape, it looks like a Jess Horn II or a Baby Horn to me...
