First choice (out of the options given) would be a Native 5 but for the sake of making them more legal and accessible for everyone I think a UKPK is the better choice.
What I would much rather prefer is something like a UKPK XL, aka a Caly 3.5 slip joint. For steel testing I really want more edge length than any of these knives offer, and a Caly 3.5 is at least closer to Mule edge length than the other options.
