Knife slips/pouches

I recently started using a small leather knife slip to carry my GB Air and Baby Jess with its clip removed. Mostly to protect them while in my pocket with all the other stuff that might scratch the scales. I also found a larger one that my new Smock fits in. I have noticed that when I take them out to use people appear to be less surprised or threatened that I’m carrying a knife. Does anyone else use one on regular basis for these or any other reasons? :)

I have a medium brown leather on that I carried my largerslip joints in, but since I no longer have larger slip joints, it goes unused. It is a bit more people friendly.
